JDLink is Wireless Data transfer from JD Equipment- i.e. tractor, combine, etc.. to Grossenburg Implement. When the producer is using the tractor and the tractor sends an error code to the display, it will send this exact code to Grossenburg Implement. Our staff can call the customer and tell them what the code means and what they can do to correct it. If our staff cannot fix the issue through the phone, they can dispatch our service department to send a technician out. The goal of JDLink is to keep the customer working during their busy time and hopefully help eliminate costly unneeded service calls. This allows the customer to be more productive and reduce their expenses, while the dealership can be more efficient and help customers that really need the help, i.e. when a machine is actually down.
